Delivery FAQ:

Our delivery service begins at 7:00 am on Saturdays and Sundays. Expect a confirmation text message on Friday detailing your reservation, including the drop-off and pickup times.

Please understand that each event is scheduled within our routing system. To optimize efficiency in fuel and time, we arrange all deliveries according to this route plan.

Your delivery might occur BEFORE the designated time selected during checkout. Similarly, your rental may be picked up AFTER the specified checkout time. However, rest assured, your rental will always be set up BEFORE or BY the time you've selected during checkout, and pickup will NEVER happen before your scheduled pickup time.

We prioritize communication and will keep you informed when we're in route for both delivery and pickup, ensuring a seamless experience for your event.
