Cancellation/Weather Policy:

Should you opt to CANCEL your inflatable rental, please note that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. In the case of full payment for your event, the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting the deposit amount. Failure to cancel your reservation within 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time will result in the non-refund of the full balance.

If a cancellation occurs after our arrival at your house/event, the FULL amount is due, regardless of the rented equipment (Bounce House Combo, Waterslide, or accessories). Our cancellation policy remains consistent across all rentals.

RESCHEDULING due to weather-related concerns is always an OPTION. However, please understand that availability for your desired rescheduled date is not guaranteed, especially for the specific inflatable you initially selected.

Rental Agreement

It is the responsibility of the person or organization that is renting this inflatables equipment to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed:

  1. No food, drinks, or chewing gum on or around the inflatables.
  2. Shoes, glasses, and jewelry must be removed before using the inflatables to avoid injury and damage to the inflatable.
  3. No face paint, party poppers, colored streamers, or silly string to be used either on or near the inflatable. (Please note these products will cause damage to the inflatables that cannot be repaired.)
  4. No smoking on or around the inflatables.
  5. No barbecuing within 15 feet of the inflatable.
  6. No climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls of the inflatable.
  7. A responsible adult must supervise children playing on the inflatable at all times.
  8. Always ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of the children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.
  9. No pets, or sharp objects on the inflatables.
  10. No wrestling, horse plating, or play fighting on the inflatable.
  11. Do not allow anyone to be on the inflatable equipment during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
  12. All participants on the water slide inflatables must wear swimming attire.
  13. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately and calmly. Check your breaker(s) and make sure the blower tube has not come undone or something has obstructed the blower. In the event that the blower has overheated or lose power, switch the blower off, then switch it back on again in 1 to 2 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, inform us immediately at (713)922-1222 or (281)875-5424.
  14. The most important rule: DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED, PLEASE HAVE AN ADULT PRESENT AT ALL TIMES.


    Liability Disclaimer

    1. The rental equipment has been received in good condition and must be returned in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
    2. The customer assumes full responsibility for any injuries to persons or damage to property and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold House Party Inflatables harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the use of the rental equipment while it is in the customer's possession or control.
    3. The customer grants House Party Inflatables the right to enter the customer's premises at any reasonable time to inspect, retrieve, or repossess the rental equipment if necessary.
    4. The customer agrees to reimburse House Party Inflatables for all attorney's fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred in enforcing this agreement or collecting any amounts due. Attorney's fees shall not be less than 100% of the amount owed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
    5. The customer agrees not to loan, sublease, transport, relocate, or otherwise transfer the rental equipment, or use it at any location other than the delivery address specified in this agreement, without prior written approval from House Party Inflatables.
    6. The customer agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement, including labor and materials, for any damage to the rental equipment occurring during the rental period.
    7. If the inflatable equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the customer agrees to pay a replacement cost of $4,000.00.

    The individual(s) or organization renting equipment from House Party Inflatables assumes full responsibility and liability for any injury, damage, or loss that occurs during the rental period, regardless of the cause.

    By booking with House Party Inflatables, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions stated above.
